Tapes & Adhesives Sign & Graphic Bonding

Acrylic foam tape (flex range)

A syntactic pure acrylic foam bonding system ideally suited to bonding difficult and dissimilar substrates and surfaces, including metals, ceramics, many plastics and even painted, lacquered or powder coated finishes.

The syntactic foam construction provides excellent conformability and is therefore ideal for rough, uneven and structured surfaces.

In addition the foam offers excellent sealing, dampening and vibration absorption capabilities, ensuring that bonded joints remain permanently secure, even in critical and exacting applications. These tapes offer good initial tack, combined with superior bonding characteristics, enabling easy assembly and positioning. Ideal for all permanent fixing and mounting applications of component parts, even for outdoor use.

Acrylic film

An ultra high performance transfer adhesive that offers the ultimate in PSA performance. This highly cross-linked acrylic adhesive system with viscoelastic properties is virtually impervious to UV, temperature, ageing, chemical or other influencing factors. The bond strength will increase significantly over time because of the pure acrylic adhesive system. The 1000R and 1500R offer good shock, vibration and noise absorption. The 250R will offer optical clarity as well as the ultimate performance PSA bond.

The Prolink range is available in 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mm thickness.

Double coated foam

The Foamlink range (1103H+ and 50H+) are a double coated medium / high density, closed cell PE foam tapes. They are suited for bonding difficult and dissimilar substrates and surfaces, including metals, ceramics, many plastics and even painted, lacquered or powder coated finishes.

This range offers excellent conformability and is ideal for rough, uneven and Structured surfaces. In addition the foam offers excellent sealing, dampening and vibration absorption capabilities, ensuring that the bonds joined remain permanently secure.
